- In automatic systems the recycled powder collected
from the cyclone separator is transferred to a vibrating powder siever, there it separates the dust
from powder.
- The sieved powder is dropped in to the powder hopper
and mix with the virgin powder. The whole process is monitored by powder level sensors and the PLC
system.
- Two different Hoppers are provided for circulated
& fresh powder. Touch Screen operation, Automatic fresh powder supply with level monitoring,
automatic level maintaining & lense movement.
